About Us

Ignition Interlock of Erie County, providing service for Buffalo and surrounding areas, and Ignition Interlock of WNY, providing service for Rochester and surrounding areas, were started in 2003 by John Fasciana and Catherine Carbone. Catherine is a former Erie County Probation Officer who specialized in supervising DWI offenders.

John and Cathy have provided these areas with the longest, continuous provider of Interlock Services. While other companies have come and gone, our companies have never closed. We are the largest service providers to the Courts and Probation Departments of Western New York.
We pride ourselves in providing courteous and professional service. All of our installations are done on-site by our trained technicians and John and Cathy themselves provide individual, personalized training to you, the customer, as to how to safely and legally use the Ignition Interlock device. We are there to answer any questions and are always available by phone.

PRODUCT INFORMATION:
